Updating Staging

Staging is updated from the staging branch in abcnorio-astro/site-dev.

Standard flow

1. Merge approved frontend code into branch staging.
2. Run just deploy-staging from abcnorio-meta.
3. Orchestrator exports the staging branch head commit into site-staging.
4. Orchestrator runs npm install and clears Vite cache.
5. Dashboard/CLI status message reports the deployed commit SHA.

This flow has no tag/version approval step.
